I haven’t held one of these for a couple years because they’re veeeeery time consuming , but my ladies had such insane progress with my last one so I just had to do it again! Heres what’s included in the challenge:
• 6 MONTH CLEAN MINI BULK DIET PLAN This is structured into 3 tiers (3 different building diet plans) to be followed one after the other to build up the appetite so that you’re trickling in more & more calories to actually build the muscle over the 6 months. This is KEY when trying to grow any muscle. Not eating enough and not eating the right foods at the right time is the single biggest mistake people make leading to no real noticeable progress! You have to eat more to build. Period.
• 4 WEEK CUTTING DIET PLAN We will lean you out after the mini bulk and see what kind of muscle you’ve built during the 5 previous months. (This is the exciting part!!) This is where you’ll get to show off your new definition and shape!
• 3 TIERED GLUTE FOCUSED TRAINING PLANS. Each month will be based on building strength and muscle mass in the glutes with a variety of multidimensional resistance training, strategically increasing sets and reps with an array of different muscle building techniques such as plyometric, compound lifting, superset training, dynamic strength training, muscle failure training. Each of these doing its part to fully develop, tone & grow each muscle head of the gluteus group of muscles. Your plan will advance every couple months at each Tier.
• 1 , 4 WEEK CUTTING TRAINING PLAN 4 week cut for our last month. When training you should know where your focus is. When building we will be training totally different than when cutting. The way we lift, our cardio our diets .... Everything will be different this last month. This is where you reveal all of your hard work! We will lean you out so that you can fully see your new booty in all its glory !
